Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of the website located at champaignconcretecontractor.com and any services provided by Champaign Concrete, located at 101 S Neil St, Champaign, IL 61820.
By using this website or engaging Champaign Concrete for concrete services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Champaign Concrete provides concrete contracting services including, but not limited to, driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, garage floor concrete, stamped concrete, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, foundation raising, parking lot building, footings, and concrete cutting.
All services are performed in the Champaign, IL area and surrounding communities. We reserve the right to decline any project that falls outside our service area or scope of work.
All estimates provided by Champaign Concrete are based on information available at the time of the site visit or quote request. Written estimates are binding for the scope of work described. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
If conditions discovered during the project require additional work beyond what was originally quoted, we will notify you before proceeding. Additional work is priced separately and requires your written or verbal approval before it begins.
Verbal estimates are not binding. All final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Project start dates are scheduled based on crew availability and weather conditions. Concrete work cannot be performed safely in extreme cold or extreme heat, and we reserve the right to reschedule any project due to weather without penalty to either party.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover scheduling and mobilization costs, the amount of which will be stated in your written agreement.
Champaign Concrete reserves the right to cancel a project if site conditions are unsafe or if required permits cannot be obtained. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Payment terms are specified in each written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
Accepted payment methods will be listed in your written agreement. Payment is due at the time of project completion unless a different schedule has been agreed upon in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract.
Failure to pay in full may result in work stoppage or legal action to recover the outstanding balance, including any reasonable costs of collection.
Champaign Concrete obtains required building permits before work begins on permitted projects. The cost of permits is either included in the project estimate or listed separately. You are responsible for providing accurate property information necessary to obtain permits.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site, including cleared access for equipment, on the scheduled project date. Delays caused by a lack of site access may result in rescheduling fees.
Champaign Concrete warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards for concrete construction in central Illinois. Any specific warranty coverage will be stated in writing as part of your project agreement.
Normal concrete behavior, including minor surface cracking, color variation, and texture differences between pours, is not covered under warranty. Concrete is a natural material that responds to temperature, moisture, and soil conditions - these characteristics are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use, heavy loads beyond specified tolerances, acts of nature, soil movement outside normal seasonal variation, or the application of deicing salts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champaign Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the performance of services, including lost profits, property damage beyond the project scope, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
This website is provided for informational purposes only. The content on this site does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All service agreements require a separate written estimate or contract signed by both parties.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation. We reserve the right to terminate access to this website for any user who violates these terms.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly with a direct conversation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Any legal action arising from these terms or from services provided by Champaign Concrete shall be brought in the appropriate court in IL, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website or engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
